C-O-S-T or Central Oregon Sport Tour is a no host group ride social affiliation not sanctioned by any manufacturer, motorcycling lobby group or motorcycle club. We have no formal organization and there are no initiation fee's, dues, mandatory
attendance or attitudes. Participation is voluntary and open to ALL makes and Models of motorcycles 650cc or larger capable of maintaining highway speeds for the duration of the day. It is the riders responsibility to determine whether any ride is
within their skill level.

C-O-S-T, Central Oregon Sport Tour, RIDERS getting together with RIDERS, Founded in 2009, Promoting safe and sound motorcycle riding and touring throughout the central Oregon region using safe and regularly ridden motorcycle roads and routes that are mapped and plotted for the benefit of all riders. C-O-S-T is a loosely organized motorcycle club whose membership includes local riders from throughout central and eastern Oregon living in Bend, Sunriver, LaPine, Redmond, Sisters, Terrebonne, Culver, Prineville, Madras and adjoining communities with knowledge of the terrain, scenery, gas stops, food stops and biker friendly businesses catering to the motorcycle riding community and general overall knowledge of the motorcycle riding opportunities in and around central Oregon and the surrounding communities, We welcome ALL makes and models of motorcycles in the cruiser, touring and sport categories. We organize a weely Sunday ride known as SANITY SUNDAY throughout the riding season and other various rides throughout the year. We maintain a website with a FORUM, CALENDAR, PHOTO GALLERY, MAPPED ROUTES AND RIDES, WEATHER, LINKS and a CURRENT EVENTS BLOG as a source of motorcycle riding information in central Oregon.

C-O-S-T, AKA: "Central Oregon Sport Tour", is a group of local central Oregon riders of various makes and models of
motorcycles that get together for a weekly Sunday ride known as "SANITY SUNDAY" to enjoy the company of other
riders on trips through the scenic terrain of central Oregon during the recreational riding season,...May through October.
The size of the weekly ride group varies from a few bikes to a procession a half mile long on the highway. "SANITY SUNDAY" is a weather permitting ride and as such we end up occasionally cancelling a scheduled ride or changing the destination. We don't knowingly venture into a ride when encountering rain is a high probability. The 2011 season saw 1 cancelled ride due to weather condiitions.
We request that you register on the FORUM so you'll be on the mailing list for the ride flyers sent weekly during the better weather riding season, May to October. This ride group is open to ALL Makes & Models of Sport, Cruiser or Touring class bikes 650cc or larger capable of maintaining highway speeds for the duration of the day. You're welcome to ride one-up or two-up. Bring your riding friends as well. The bigger the group the better.
